Accounting Coordinator

The Opportunity:
At UR-Channel you will have the opportunity to be part of a vibrant team working in a results driven environment. As our Accounting Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial reports
- Record financial transactions in accounting software, verifying journal entries, reconcile accounts, prepare trial balances, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
- Invoicing and monitoring accounts receivable records
- Processing supplier invoices and governmental remittances, employee expenses, analyzing invoice/expenditure reports, inventory and purchase orders
- Preparation of routine monthly financial, banking and statistical reports and schedules
- Filing and maintenance of records

- 3 years of experience in an accounting admin role

- You have completed post-secondary education in accounting and/or business related disciplines
