The Opportunity:
The position of TCC Representative is essential to UR-Channel’s success; you will be providing excellent customer service to our clients across all of our services and products.
While each day is different, a typical day will include the following:
- Provide technical support services to end users, including device troubleshooting over the phone and through email.
- Maintain detailed documentation on each service request / inquiry using our in-house sales management system.
- Prep shipments of equipment for new locations or changes to existing locations.
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot locations before calls come in.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure issues are resolved.

- You have at least 2 years of customer service, call center and / or support center experience
- You have at least 2 years of telecommunications support and/or networking experience.
- You have strong organizational skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
